WELCOME TO IRISH THERAPY DOGS

Our Mission

Irish Therapy Dogs mission is to provide physical, therapeutic and educational benefit to people – young and old - in hospitals, nursing homes, day care centres, schools and other places where people may be restricted from having pets and where the presence of dogs, and their handlers, will add comfort and support.

Sue, who passed away in June 2011 had been a long term therapy dog visitor to the Centre and is sadly missed. Paddy painted the picture in her memory and in gratitude for the happiness she had brought to all in the Centre over the years.
